Great Times

We've been SO HAPPY to have the Whites visit us over the last few days!!! Its been so much fun to see them again!! How we miss them!! Our boys loved playing with Eli!! :) More about their wonderful visit to come...


We were hoping to make it to Richland to visit with Wendi this last week too, but ended up having some car trouble. Hopefully we'll make a trip to see you all again in Utah sooner than later! We do miss everyone!! :)

Treasure Hunt

Aunt Amy came over last week and did a treasure hunt with the boys around the living room. There was even a box of treasures for them to find and enjoy at the end!! They made telescopes to help them search for the treasure and follow the clues.

Of course, Andrew wanted to decorate his with Ocean Animals.

I'd have to say though that Drew was definitely partial to the glow in the dark dinosaurs. In fact, he's pretty much on a dinosaur kick right now. His current favorite books are: Patrick's dinosaurs, Dinosaurs Beware, Dinosaur Dream (all courtesy of Aunt Lisa), Dinosaurs Count, and misses his Dinosaurs Roar book (which we accidentally left at Grandma's house :) !

Bugs

Today the boys and I played with their bug barns. We didn't use real bugs, of course, but played scientist with rocks and pictures of bugs. The boys had so much fun trying to pick up the paper and rocks with the tweezers. Maybe Aunt Lauri and Uncle Trent's wildlife expertise will rub off on these possible-future biologists (but it will be quite a while before they are ready to track deer, wolves and bear from helicopters!) They love hearing all the cool things their cousins are doing in school too!! Myndi and Shel, please keep those updates coming!!! :)
