Andrew's Baptism and Spring Soccer

The most exciting event this Spring is when Andrew got baptized.  Grandpa Peterson and Great Grandpa Hindley were the witnesses.  Grandma Brown traveled from Oregon.  Dan's parents and his sisters were there along with their families.  Aunt Lisa and Ellen were also nice enough to come.  Along with Nathan, Myndi and the kids.

Bishop Smith shared his wonderful testimony with us.  He especially loved how Andrew chose the story of the widow's mite as his favorite scripture. Sister Whatcott, the Primary President presented Andrew with a Baptism Memory book.  

Dan baptized Andrew and then gave him a beautiful confirmation blessing.

Grandma and Grandpa Peterson were kind enough to host a wonderful birthday/baptism luncheon aftewards.  Here are some of the pictures from that morning.

Andrew said he loved being baptized and said it was his all time favorite day.

The boys played Spring Soccer this year.  The weather was always really cold!  They were good sports about it though and enjoyed playing with other kids from their school.

Happy goalie Forrest! He did really well and had quite a few stops.

Andrew may not of been a big fan of how cold it was, but he loved the running and was really good at it! :)
